This name furthers the perfection of all His attributes. They are all-encompassing and have no extent to which they can be depleted or diminished. Imam Ghazali writes, "His knowledge be considered, the sea of things He knows has no shore; in fact the seas would be exhausted if they were ink for His words." The believer benefits from knowing Allah سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ is Al-Wasi in that they understand their Lord loves them. His mercy extends to all and knows no boundaries. It is all-encompassing and vast. This should bring great relief to the one who turns to Him, often asking for His forgiveness. It was narrated from Aisha ra that she said "Praise be to Allah Whose hearing encompasses all voices.[2] We also must look within ourselves; we are constrained and limited in many ways. Our intellect has boundaries, and our physical body has constraints, but can we say honestly we've stretched to see what's possible? Are we living close to these limits? Probably not. We are all likely to be living well beneath the potential Allah سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ has made us capable of. We have a lot to offer and a lot to learn. – Praktik arisan haji cukup mentradisi dalam masyarakat Muslim Indonesia. Pada dasarnya, hukum menjalankan arisan adalah boleh dengan catatan. Lantas bagaimana hukum arisan haji? Dalam buku Fikih Muamalah Kontemporer karya Ustaz Oni Sahroni, pengertian arisan secara formal adalah sebuah kegiatan mengumpulkan uang atau barang yang bernilai sama oleh beberapa orang kemudian diundi. Lalu di antara anggota arisan menentukan siapa yang berhak memperoleh arisan melalui skema undi tersebut. Pada hakikatnya secara sederhana, arisan adalah bagian dari pinjam-meminjam. KH Ali Mustafa Yaqub dalam buku Fatwa Imam Besar Masjid Istiqlal menjelaskan, arisan hukumnya boleh dengan catatan tidak ada pihak yang dirugikan dan tidak ada spekulatif yang berbuntut judi. Kebolehan itu bisa saja berubah haram jika ada sesuatu yang menjadikannya haram, yaitu hilangnya ketentuan-ketentuan pula, kata Kiai Ali, mengenai arisan haji. Pada dasarnya, arisan itu dihukumi boleh dengan asumsi untuk intervensi. Tapi ketika dikaitkan dengan ibadah haji, maka hukumnya menjadi lain. Seorang Muslim baru dikenakan wajib haji ketika ia mampu menunaikannya. Dan kemampuan istitha’ah ini berarti mampu bi nafsihi, yakni ongkos hajinya berasal dari diri sendiri dengan hasil usaha yang dihalalkan agama. Juga bisa berarti mampu bi ghairihi yakni ongkos naik hajinya ditanggung orang lain. Sedangkan bila istitha’ah tidak ada, maka kewajiban haji pun tidak ini sesuai dengan kaidah fikih, “Al-hukmu yaduru ma’a illati wujudan wa adaman,”. Yang artinya, “Hukum itu berputar bersamaan dengan ada dan tidaknya illat,”. Di samping itu Allah SWT berfirman dalam Surah Ali Imran ayat 97, “Walillahi alannasi hijjul-baiti manistatha’a ilaihi sabilan,”. Yang artinya, “Hanya karena Allah, mengerjakan haji itu wajib atas menusia terhadap Allah, yaitu bagi orang yang sanggup mengadakan perjalanan ke Baitullah,”.Dalam hadis riwayat Ad-Daruquthni yang disahihkan Al-Hakim, dikatakan bahwa sanggup di sini berarti adanya bekal dan kendaraan. Dari uraian tersebut, kata Kiai Ali, kewajiban haji hanya berlaku bagi orang yang sanggup membayar ongkos naik haji. Maka seorang Muslim yang memaksakan dirinya untuk menunaikan haji, padahal ia tidak mampu bayar, misalnya dengan cara mengikuti arisan haji dan ia mendapatkan uang arisan pada putaran-putaran awal, maka hukumnya minimal makruh bahkan bisa kata Kiai Ali, ongkos hajinya itu berasal dari uang yang dipinjamkan oleh anggota arisan lainnya. Jadi ia berangkat haji dengan berutang. Sementara ia sendiri belum terkena khitab wajib halnya andai saja dari arisan haji itu tidak digunakannya untuk ongkos naik haji, misalnya biaya hajinya diperoleh dari usaha halal lainnya. Maka ia sudah dikategorikan mampu dan dikenakan wajib haji. Adapun wewenang terakhir dari anggota arisan yang ada, maka ia sudah wajib menjalankan ibadah haji karena ongkos naik hajinya diperoleh dari hasil tabungannya selama satu putaran arisan maka ia sudah dikategorikan sebagai orang yang termasuk mampu, sebab ongkos naik hajinya yang dipakai berasal dari dirinya sendiri, bukan dari piutang. Demikianlah fleksibelitas sekaligus ketegasan hukum Islam dalam menjawab problematika fikih mengenai arisan Ali memberikan penekanan bahwa pintu surga selalu terbuka bagi orang yang ikhlas melakukan ibadah apa saja. Tidak terbatas pada ibadah haji semata. Bahkan menyantuni anak yatim dan fakir miskin lebih utama dari ibadah haji kedua, ketiga, dan seterusnya.
